Dolly Rosa Quispe, MD

Dr. Quispe is a Board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist serving patients in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Dr. Quispe earned her medical degree from Cayetano Heredia University in Lima, Peru. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and her fellowship in medical oncology and hematology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center.

Dr. Quispe has previously served as an assistant professor at the Feist-Weiller Cancer Center. She has a special interest in breast cancer treatment and is bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Quispe chose to specialize in oncology after volunteering at the largest cancer center in Peru during her early medical education. She was inspired by how oncologists not only applied their medical knowledge but also provided compassionate care that profoundly impacted their patients’ lives. That experience confirmed her calling to the field of oncology.

Dr. Quispe values the lessons she learns from her patients daily, including their courage, perseverance, and gratitude. She enjoys building meaningful connections with her patients and their families, treating them as friends. She finds joy in helping her patients and cherishes seeing many leave her care with hope and excitement for the future.

She believes oncology is an exciting and rapidly evolving field, offering a growing range of effective treatments. At Fort Wayne Medical Oncology and Hematology, the goal is to prolong and enhance the quality of life for patients, a mission the team achieves more often than ever before.
