Why Did You Choose Oncology?
I have always been a strong advocate for patients regardless of their diagnosis or where they are in their journey. Each experience is unique. An Oncology diagnosis not only affects the person, it affects the whole family unit.
What Do You Enjoy Most About Working at FWMOH?
From the first day I joined the FWMOH team, I have seen how much the providers and staff care about the patients and their families. Since each person’s journey is different, the staff take time to learn what is important to the individual and the family.
I am honored when a person allows me & my team the opportunity to assist them with symptom management. I enjoy helping people live well with an Oncology diagnosis.
What Excites You About the Future?
The continuous evolution of Science and Medicine is astonishing and exciting. It seems like every week there is a new indication or new treatment option available. Oncology care today is very different than it was even 5 years ago.
Michelle Bock has a Master’s Degree in Nursing, is a certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and a Family Nurse Practitioner-Certified.
